2017 Season

We’re excited to announce a couple more shows coming up in the White Bear season!

Following two development readings, the White Bear Theatre will produce Divine Chaos Of Starry Things by writer and broadcaster Paul Mason. The play looks at the lives of 5 women exiled to the colonies after the fall of the Paris Commune. Kennington resident Paul Mason was the Economics Editor of the BBC’s ‘News Night’, and Culture and Digital Editor of ‘Channel 4 News’.

Following the hugely successful production of Round The Horne at The White Bear, which transferred to the West-End and completed 3 number one tours, we are delighted to announce a stage version of the classic radio comedy Men From The Ministry, written by comic legend Brian Cooke, which will run between the 3rd and the 15th of January.

Bear and Beyond – White Bear News

Following its development run at The White Bear, Hurricane Michael – a piece about the meteorological phenomenon Michael Fish, and the untold story of the great storm of 1987 – is enjoying a sell-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival’s première venue ‘The Assembly Rooms’ and garnering 4 star reviews!

We’re so happy for them!
